Oku-no-Yu is one of Kurokawa's larger properties: per its Spa Association listing, about 2,000 tsubo (≈6,600 m² / 71,000 sq ft) of grounds with a choice of Honkan, Bekkan and Shinkan buildings — the "pick your era" inn on the circuit.
